Three moves, then talk

  1. Open the DMG and drag TalkType onto the Applications folder.
  2. Launch it from Applications. The ghost appears in the menu bar and asks for the microphone once. Speech Recognition is requested the first time on-device dictation runs.
  3. Hold Right ⌥ in any app and speak. Release to paste. For automatic pasting, allow Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

The DMG is signed and notarized, so double-clicking opens it without the unsigned-developer warning. Keep a copy — the link stays live at talktype.app/downloads/TalkType.dmg.
